Before Submitting Your Application, Please Review The Following, participants in this program are expected to:

-Actively seek or maintain employment

-Follow house guidelines and program structure

-Participate in support services

-Work toward independent living

This is a structured program—not just housing.

Are returning from incarceration

Are on probation or parole

Need structured housing and support

Are willing to work and follow program expectations

Program Costs

Program participation includes housing and support services.

One-time non-refundable community fee required at move-in to support intake processing, room preparation, and shared housing operations. Fee is not a security deposit $850.

Housing: $212.50 – $275 Weekly / $850- $1,100 Monthly

Support Services:
$150 – $350 weekly

Employment Coaching:
Starting at $125 weekly

Full fee schedule provided during intake.
